복지회 결제 시스템 변경 도입 안내
복지회는 기 안내드린 바와 같이 장애인 접근성이 보장되는 결제 환경을 조성하고 학생들에게 보다 안정적이고 편리한 서비스를 제공하고자 결제 시스템을 아래와 같이 변경하여 도입함을 안내드립니다. 앞으로 복지회 담당자를 통한 주문 취소 기능이, 앱에서 주문자가 직접 취소 가능한 환경으로 변경되는 등 학생들에게 더 나은 서비스가 제공될 것입니다.

1. 변경된 결제 시스템 교체 일정
교체 기간: 2026년 2월 6일(금) ~ 2월 7일(토)
대상 매장: 복지회 운영 전 매장
※ 단 오아시스 매장은 기존 결제 시스템 유지(키오스크 3대)
키오스크 및 POS기는 교체 완료 후 당일 정상 사용 가능하며, 매장 이용에 불편이 없도록 각 매장의 비운영 시간에 맞춰 순차적으로 교체 작업을 진행할 예정입니다.

3. P-front 앱 잔액 전환 안내
P-front 앱에 남아 있는 모바일 이용권 잔액은 2026년 3월 3일 ~ 3월 31일까지 신규 도입 앱으로 전환해 드릴 예정입니다. 전환을 희망하시는 경우, 아래 정보를 기재하여 담당자에게 이메일로 신청해 주시기 바랍니다.

4. 신규 모바일 앱 사용 안내

As previously announced, POSTECH Dining Services will introduce a new payment system to ensure an accessible payment environment for individuals with disabilities and to provide more stable and convenient services for students.
With the introduction of the new system, several service improvements will be implemented, including a change that allows users to cancel orders directly through the mobile app, instead of requesting cancellation through POSTECH Dining Services staff. We expect this upgrade to enhance overall user convenience and service quality.
1. Schedule for Payment System Replacement
Replacement Period: February 6 (Fri) ~ February 7 (Sat), 2026
Applicable Stores: All stores operated by POSTECH Dining Services
※ Oasis store will continue using the existing payment system (3 kiosks)
All kiosks and POS systems will be available for normal use on the same day after replacement. To minimize inconvenience, installation work will be carried out sequentially during each store’s non-operating hours.

3. Transfer of Remaining Balance in the P-front App
Any remaining mobile voucher balance in the P-front app can be transferred to the new mobile app from March 3 to March 31, 2026..
